Scots Pine - best time to dig

I have a couple of Scots pines and one Lodgepole pine collected @3 years ago which Ive been growing on in a nursery bed. They are all very healthy vigorous trees .Would it be best to dig and pot them up this autumn or wait till springtime?

Springtime is better in my opinion.
