OK, I spent some time and I think this is as good/clear as I can make it. I tried to keep it brief and to the point.
For more detailed explanation, extra pics etc. I can only refer you back through the thread.
Remember that I am in Australia and so the months shown are related to my seasons (reverse of above the equator).
Also remember that this is just one developmental path that I went down. It worked well for me in my climate/conditions but it may not be the answer where you are. There is a myriad of ways to grow your bonsai ... hopefully this is a jumping off point that gives you a base to forge your own methods and way forward to develop your trees.
