Protecting tree seedlings - bench build

Hey guys… I have over 300 tree seedlings of various types mostly tropicals that are at the beginning stages of life. I was wondering if anyone has built any type of bench that can protect the seedlings from heavy rain and wind? I live in be Florida Keys and we get tons of storms and heavy rain while I’m at work. The last storm hit in the late evening and just decimated a lot of my seedlings Even though they are under my deck. Didn’t loose many but I was up all night propping up and repotting the little ones. They only get about 4 hours of sun right now and that might be sufficient for now but I’d like to give them a good 8 hours soon. They also need to be protected from extreme tropical sun which we have here.

Mosquito mesh cages can break both wind as well as filter heavy sun, but they can also catch a lot of wind. So make sure they're sturdy.
