This is my tokonoma right now. This is the backup pot for the Bob Laws apple in the Pacific Bonsai Museum. This tree is over-potted right now while I'm doing structural work and those are elm cuttings jammed in.

Oh dam! Easy there Rud!

But I’ve 100% done stuff like that. It’s why I stopped smoking before I wire a tree. I start to lose myself in the wiring of a branch, all stoned and zoned out, thennnnn snap. 2 years down the drain.
