soo, my bonsai trunk is really squishy and rotten i guess? i feel like it’s because of overwareting. one of the trunks even fell apart :( is there anything i could do to save it? the leaves and branches look okay but today i noticed few yellow leaves. other than that it looks healthy. i fear that i can’t save it anymore ughhh : (( please help!

Assume this is Ficus. Ficus root quite easily. You can try some cuttings from the branches. You could also try cutting the roots until there's no sign of rot then replant the whole tree as a large cutting. Provided there's still enough life in the trunk it could grow new roots. We've seen at least 1 other ginseng ficus where the grower did not like the roots so chopped and rooted it as a cutting so it can be done.
 
Just a note on causes.
It looks like you've been over watering. That's what usually causes this sort of thing.
Make sure you have a very well draining soil, and try the chopstick trick. Jab a wooden or bamboo chopstick or skewer into the soil all the way to the bottom, and leave it there. Use it as a dipstick to check soil moisture, and only water when the soil is nearly dry.

Ficus are tough trees, and can withstand a wide range of conditions. They're hard to underwater.
