I have this picture plant that I use as an accent for my bald cypress. It decided to bloom this weekend, when everything else is struggling with the 100+ heat, it decided to put on a show.

Always loved the intricate shape of Sarracenia flowers. They are designed with entry and exit flaps so that pollinating insects are guided in the correct directions when they visit to ensure better pollination with pollen from other plants.
