Our own Sergio Cuan at PBA show in May

This makes me want to join the club and be able to attend! I hope to visit the museum some day.

@MACH5 when are you coming down to San Antonio? Houston is close, but I won't be able to make it.

I’m less than 2 hours away!
Make the trip in May 10-12 for the PBA show and sale. It's worth every minute of the drive. Arguably, No other public bonsai collection in the U.S. has trees with such unique provenance. There will also be vendors you would otherwise have to drive hours to see as well all in the same place for three days.

You need to take a trip to the museum bro! Best bonsai trip ever !!!!!
Once I move to that area, that's in the plan. Care to be my local guide for a couple hours?

Marking my calendar now and planning to visit on the 10th since I work Saturdays. 🌲

This year, the PBA festival is the same weekend as World Bonsai Day. Since the Omiya Bonsai Museum is a sister-museum to the National Bonsai and Penjing Museum, it's a semi-big deal for us. We'll have docents present to answer questions and will be giving two guided tours of the collections on Saturday and Sunday, in addition to all of the PBA festivities
