Hey everyone, here are 2pics of the current situation. Couple weeks back the seigen had leaf scorch and mildews so I cut most them off. Can someone take a look and lmk if my tree heading towards the right direction and what can I do to help it out or do nothing(sometime that’s best).

You have buds forming so that is good.
If you want to mitigate leaf scorch, you should put the trees in a spot where they get morning sun and afternoon shade.
If that is still too much, then consider getting a shade cloth to hang over them.
Other than that, just water them when they need it and fertilize once a month until October
