yeah, though its in US like others forum mentioned nurseries..
Actually yes, same with inches (got dual units measuring tape) and fahrenheit degrees (got dual display thermometers)
Used to work with some american things in the past so not a big problem, now conversion of units is easier, no need paper and pencil, just putting values to online calc
Also more used to US time zone - here when im 'active' everyone sleeps . You got evening like 5 pm, i got 11 pm night here or sth like that

and ofc checked what is availablegonna dig what they have in bonsai plaza and compare to what is available here
ofc before getting like 100-300$ tree i would like try to keep and work rather 10-30$ same species example to check if i can keep it alive and do's and dont's

nope. Most of the better ones in Europe, located in the Netherlands.

I know bonsai dusseldorf was shipping trees during Corona.
You have Jack Rost bonsai in Poland who has A LOT or stock. Reaching out to him directly will get you a better idea (Or.. Just go there!)
Come to the Bonsai Trophy in Belgium in February for the biggest assortment of trees you can imagine. And as you are in Belgium, then visit Ginkgo Bonsai.
