New to bonsai. Yellow and black spots on lots of leaves

I just received a new bonsai aselea from Greenleaf looking like this. They are trying to say all normal. Please advise

I'm not an azalea expert but it looks pretty normal for a live plant that has been shipped. Healthy, even.
Source: I work in the garden center industry and we get truckloads of shrubs weekly. We wouldn't bat an eye over this one
 
I'd say it is normal. I don't have azaleas, but this doesn't look like anything special to me.
 
It appears only oldest leaves are affected. We accept that deciduous leaves only last 1 summer but even evergreen leaves have a finite lifespan - usually 2-3 years. Then they become too old to work properly and have to die and drop off.
There are other possible causes of leaves turning yellow but What you are seeing is probably old leaves reaching end of life. The younger leaves above appear perfectly healthy.

Also, Just in case you don't know that azalea is an outdoors plant. They don't usually live very long indoors.
