Also the first aid station that I use is 100% pumice. Pretty small but not powder or fines.

That's a beauty!!

I'd really love to try and put together something like that, but sadly I've had no luck finding pumice for planting purposes, thus leading to a mix of Bonsai Jack mix, perlite, and occasionally regular potting soil, depending on the plant in question.
