Myrtleford Show society run a traditional rural show with competitive sections for horses, cattle, poultry, cooking, preserves, flowers, vegetables, crafts and BONSAI.
In the past we've had intense competition between a couple of local bonsai growers but since Ian has not been well enough to attend, the bonsai section has been a one horse race but it's still a great chance to promote bonsai in general and our local club.
Myrtleford has 6 judged classes.
Best single trunk bonsai
Best group or multi trunk bonsai
Best flowering bonsai
Best bonsai under 25cm
Best Australian native bonsai
There's also a new novice class but no entries this year
