Mugo Pine #72 - the image with the new pot is a virtual. IIn August of 2025 the tree will be repotted into this masterpiece by Derek Aspinall. This phenomenal mugo pine was collected by air layering in Austria in 2015 and fouind the way into my garden ver recently. It has phatastic potential and comes quite readay as birthday gift for my 80th.

Congrats Walter, another fantastic Mugo.

If I may ask a question: you said on another forum that you plant your Mugos in very coarse modern substrate. As your standard mix seems to be 2-4mm, what does that mean? Something like 6-8mm?
