MTM - Schefflera banyan progression thread.

Well it's that time of the year, night time lows in the forties, and frost warnings. This one will be much happier in the grow tent. I'd like to drop some aerial roots from higher up, but some of the higher branches haven't barked up which makes it difficult to grow AR. I did some light pruning before bringing it indoors. I also wired two branches to see the results.




Hard to believe this was June 2nd, 2024.

That's awesome. They're really tough plants, and banyan trees are really fun. I was thinking of trying a Negari Schefflera like this.

Good think with them you have endless supply of cuttings.

That's great! Yes, the cuttings are non-stop. I had another member private message me and said the same thing. Wasn't my idea. I just really like banyan trees.
