Does Anyone have experience with this Ficus Microcarpa "Melon Seed" cultivar I have been seeing lately.. It seems like it COULD be SUPER interesting... OOOR suuuper "irritating" to train as bonsai.... but I can't tell.

i have a willow leaf fig in my collection (i'm in the U.K), I would be willing to try to ship cuttings to italy, once I have struck some cuttings this spring.

I’ve had a pre-bonsai one for a couple years in its original container that I plan to finally work on this spring. Happy to send you some unrooted cuttings. Its a challenge because the branches are twiggy and congested, but I am working on a few.Does Anyone have experience with this Ficus Microcarpa "Melon Seed" cultivar I have been seeing lately.. They are exceedingly easy to root in a glass of water.
