Danny, I fly rc helicopters too. Years and years. If you use rc heli logic to your bonsai they will probably die. I know very well. Heli's have to constantly be checked over and over again as you know. What Anthony was saying is 100% true in the fact if you mess with them to much it can kill them.
Nice video great looking heli.
Going to give you reverse logic what Anthony see's in someone new to bonsai using a heli approach.
Guy shows up to the flying field. He has a new 450 size heli. You start talking to him and find out he just built it himself and has never flown. You mention it may be a good idea for you to check it out first to make sure its good to go. Guy tells you he followed the directions and its good to go. Another guy mentions it a good idea to let someone else at least look it over. Guy spools it up and the pitch is backwards and it shoots up in the air then crashes. You having experience knew the heli would probably crash.
This type of thing is very common with bonsai in that people that have experience can see whats going/could happen.
i do not want to crash my bonsai so i am trying to learn about them... besides keeping them watered and fertilized there is nothing else that i need to do to them at the moment so i dont plan to mess with them for a while till i really need to.
thats cool there are some other heli flyers here..
