"Leave this page" popup?

Sometimes when I click between posts or opening another page on this website I get a popup stating "false" and asking me if I want to leave the page or stay, so it's perhaps broken or just me. Anyone else have this? I'm on a VPN connection so maybe it's just some cookies fighting there.

I get it more when im just logged in or when a page loads slowly, il try to get a screen shot.

I'm at my work, connected to a highly secure VPN connection, it's extreme unlikely a virus.

TTIP was cancelled because Europe resisted, and also it wouldn't have generated popups on my computer.
