Awesome! They are pretty tough in cold being from the Kosan/Nikko family which are Northern azaleas…but not so much in the heat..



It’s a fukurin (sp) flower type so one can propagate easily from any branchlet.

Hmm…. Likely it’s the trip that washed out the color of your image that threw me off. They seem to vary in the color, next year once yours is acclimated it likely will have better color

Here’s the only one of mine blooming this year. Was Imported from Japan a year ago.
