Picked this Juniper up about 2 years ago. It quite quickly had a nasty batch of mites so have spent a lot of that time getting it back to full health.

Gave it a first styling in October last year. Given historical health issues have left plenty of foliage on there and have tried to minimise wire so at some point will get a more refined styling. In the mean time would appreciate some thoughts:

1. There are currently four main pads below the apex. Would you try and split these up into smaller pads going up the tree or leave as is?
2. Do you feel apex is in the right place? The top of the trunk tilts that way so have pushed the apex over there not sure if i have pushed it too far/not far enough?
3. It’s in a relatively cheap pot at the moment, all being well will get a repot in the next twelve months, thoughts on type of pot, shape, depth etc?

Appreciate any views!
Isa
