Juniper Bonsai - stressed or dying?

Hello, obvious beginner bonsai owner here. I have a 2 year old juniper bonsai that I repotted 3 months ago and I'm not sure if it's just stressed or dying because it has lost a lot of its vigor and color ever since that repotting. It seems to be wilting compared to before the repotting and I'm worried. My understanding is that repotting a bonsai can be stressful and that it takes time for an adjustment, but I thought I'd ask those more knowledgeable for their thoughts. I repotted using a "base substrate mix" and in to a bigger pot because the bonsai had outgrown its original home. It has remained outdoors on my patio the entire time I've had it where it received at least 4 hours of sunshine in the summer months (I live in Vancouver, BC).
My understanding from what I've read is that the bonsai is entering dormancy at this time of year so the general wisdom is to leave it until spring time.
Would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

It asks me to sign into google to view this, I'm not doing that: I already am signed in.
That makes the link untrustworthy.

You can upload the photos to the forum or embed them in your message so they will show up here.

Junipers take a while to recover from being repotted. They may pout for six months or a year before their growth takes off. However I don't see anything concerning with your tree. Don't forget - junipers will often change color in winter, going from a deep vibrant green to a greyish flat green, or even showing copperish tones. They return to normal color when the weather warms up.

I'm not too worried after seeing the pictures. However, I get the feeling that it is outside under some kind of roof structure. Junipers need a lot of direct sunlight for many hours each day. That may not be so important in November, but it will be next spring and summer.

Thank you for all the replies so far, it's helpful to know. Including a few of the photos from the album here:
