JBP yamato

Hello guys, has anyone heard about JBP corticosa Yamato or have it and can say something about and show photos of older specimens and bark?

Searched my corkbark black pine files and found exactly one note, from Steve Pilacik’s book, “Japanese Black Pines”:


Looks like Steve passed away last year. Didn’t know.
