your pine is very young and very immature. You can grow almost anything from what you now have.
Need o decide what standard you want to aim for. That will influence what you might do next.
Personally, I'd be growing it on to get some thickness to work with. That will probably involve a sacrifice trunk/ branches and maybe 5-10 years. While that's happening you'll need to absorb as much about pine growth and development as you can. Letting them get away is not good for future bonsai.
