Are there any rules or procedures to posting pictures?

No rules, per se, though there are some limits in terms of size of each picture allowed, and number of pictures allowed per post.

Procedures for posting pictures varies depending on the hardware you are using. You can take photos with your phone and upload directly, or if you are on a PC you can drag and drop them from your desktop directly into a post.
