WeevilHere’s strange one. That entire front proboscis thing with the eye stalks (antennae?) can swivel around in three dimensions within the cuff on the thorax.

I have not seen any sharp shinned or harrier hawks around here. We do have red-tailed hawks more during the summer. I enjoy seeing the birds of prey but I usually clap and run them off because I enjoy the song birds more.no sharp shinned or harrier?
