In line hose swivel

Does anyone know of an in-line hose swivel. I'm wanting to cut the hose in half and install something in the middle that can swivel. The brass one at Ace hardware don't work, they loose thier ability to swivel when you tighten either side to a hose.
Also I have a PVC ball valve about 20 steps away that I turn off every time im done watering so no biggie if it leaks a little.

Get one of those quick-change connector kits, preferably brass. The one I have on my hose can rotate freely and does not leak at all.
