Olive transplant is easy but I have never managed to root any as cuttings so good luck with yours.
Olives here are rather slow to grow and develop so we find it so much better to find and transplant older, thicker trunks to develop as bonsai.
So many things with plants depend on time of year and local climate conditions. It is a great help to add a general location to your profile so others can get some idea what time of year it is at your place and what weather conditions the trees will experience.
