I'm a beginner and my pine bonsai is dying... :(

The soil I got is very porous and seems that as soon as I water it, water drips from the bottom.

How often and how much water should I be giving the seedling at this point?

keep n mind: In "normal" soil, water spreads in the pot. In this rocky substrate it spreads less well. So it is important to wet the whole surface, which is what we usually water with a can with a rose. Just some water at teh base of the seedling will not wet the whole pot.
