Best hot sauce I ever had was made by an old lady with elephantiasis who lived on St Croix, the worst hot sauce I ever had was made by another person who lived on St Croix.

I love hot sauce. Sriracha is my go to, my gf jokes that I put it on everything except for cereal.

I went to Belize last year and had a really good carrot-based hot sauce called Marie Sharp's. I recommend trying it if you like hot sauce. I'm sure @Smoke has heard of it.
