I just like these better than epsom salts as they have additional micro nutrients. You'll probably find that the salts do a good job.

Take a picture of one, or more, of your trees today, and every week/fortnight/month between now and June, when some of our trees will just be starting to wake up.
Combine the pictures into a timelapse .gif and post it -- it will feel like you are giving us the symbol that Mr. Mochrie is demonstrating above.
