I have a Motorola android but I can't find anywhere near as many options as you have.
Doesn't mean they aren't there though. lol

My back yard is wild with rose of Sharon everywhere. I tried like 6 last year in pots but they died early spring. Seeing this makes me wanna try again soon. They spread like weeds after they flower and root crazy easy from cuttings in just water.

Once again selected the branches wich now are badly in need of some wire to steer Them in the right directions
Also want to do some carving and cleaning of some dead stumps allong with a part dead trunk i believe this has some potential

Did some Deadwood work
Removed the stumps
Im kinda following Walter pall on this one
Its ugly , after Deadwood work maybe even uglyer but nature Will do its thing now in the end of Will be Pretty

Considering you have a few biggish undulating branches, maybe go for a semi-formal oak style?

Couple of flaws have to be dealth with but not sure yet how.
i think i have to cut the branching way back tbh ill do that end of winter allong with a repot.
the wounds are nicely healing but when cleaning up some of the wounds a part of the trunk seemed to be soft and rotten so i hollowed it out until i reached hard wood again however the other cut wounds seem to be ok.
Time for some pics!

have to make a wooden box for this one next week so when the tree start waking up i can repot it.

Any update on this? It’s such a nice progression, but we’re two years later now. Should have undergone quite the transformation.
