Help! Chlorosis in my Juniper.

My teacher, Tyler Sherrod, recommended malathion to me for mite control after my previous protocol failed. I use that along with sultan miticide, mainly, and a few other insecticides that are also effective miticides. I stopped using the Bayer product for mite control years ago
That Sultan Miticide is mighty expensive. Any cheaper suggestions?

Forbid is another potent option, but also expensive.

Saved two of my junipers in 2019.

How much Malathion do you mix per gallon of water?

We're still assuming fungus and mites.

There is no rock solid evidence.

Combine that with underwatering, which everyone "careful not to overwater" is doing, and this is the result.

Then you spray, and the dry tree takes that chemical in too.

Just water more.

I bought small sizes of Floramite, Avid, and Forbid on ebay a couple years ago. I've used one application of Forbid (a few years ago) and 2 applications of Floramite (recently). I think the Floramite would've worked with one dose, but it was slower than I was expecting.

I HATE using any of the stuff, but I've also seen what spider mites do to nice trees, so I don all the gear and make sure everything gets coated to make best use of all that effort/trouble.
