@AlainK I see they're doing pine grafts in the second half of may. We have the 15th of may being our official 'end of the freezing season' and the start of the gardening season. How's that in France? Do you guys have roughly the same dates as we do? Historically of course, because nowadays there's no telling what the weather will do.
I'd like to know this to make an estimation on when to graft based on the season.

It's about the same here. For instance it is a tradition to wait until the "saints de glace" (11-13 May) to plant tomatoes outside.
