Beautiful scenery.Spent some time in the great state of Montana recently. It was a vacation with my wife, and not a dedicated fishing trip, but I got some decent time on the water.

Yes, it is the Bougle. I own this one, that I keep loaded with a 5 weight line, and the smaller version with a 4. Best reels I've ever used. If you hook a good fish, everyone within 300 yards knows, because they sing loud when a fish takes line. I also own a Hardy Lightweight that's a sweet little reel. I've owned these for 15 or 20 years, so I can't comment on any of their newer stuff.Hardy Perfect…. A man of taste, I see
I just broke my Shadow and sent it in, it’s not made any more so they were going to send an Aydon…. That was out of stock, so they sent me a Marksman instead!
Any opinions on Hardy post-sale? I really like my Zephrus ultra lite but it’s kind of hard to compare a 3wt to the 6wt Marksman…. The latter can haul, though. Always skeptical when change happens so curious as to any opinions you may have there.
If I ever get another rod it’ll probably be a Winston 5wt…
Edit: oh that looks like a Bougle Heritage actually, isn’t it? Comment still stands!
Either way, great pictures and gorgeous area
