I purchased this tree from Hank Miller back in August. It is a large tree at about 34” tall with a 3” wide base.

I moved it to a larger pot when it arrived to give it more room to grow. This winter it has been inside under some Spider Farmer grow lites. Today was the first day that I was able to bring it outside for fresh air and sunshine. It has put on some growth this winter and I have trimmed the top of the tree a few times over the winter. As the weather warms up and the tree spends more time outside I expect the growth to take off.

Once the weather heats up I am considering cutting the top of the tree off to reduce the height of the tree. I would like to get some opinions on the overall style direction for the tree. Let me know your thoughts. 85816BA1-0422-49CD-BCFB-7CF17CF6B073.jpeg86A377A6-48CA-4948-8BC3-DC5B46738C12.jpeg6C47481D-A02B-4612-ADE6-1A911DCA8538.jpeg6DCC857B-5775-4058-A84E-FBBF7F774806.jpeg

nice looking tree - i would definitely cut the top off and shorten all the lower branches...
if you stick the cut off top in a pot it will 100% grow :)

After a summers worth of growth I have done a little clean up and restyling but still have not committed to chopping the top yet.
