I'm surprised at the aerial roots you've been getting, do you live on the east coast or do you have a misting setup to keep the humidity up?really healthy and growing strongView attachment 567782
hi Eugene i live in the lowveld and i don't use any type of mister... this is the only tree that threw these nice banyan type aerial roots.'m surprised at the aerial roots you've been getting, do you live on the east coast or do you have a misting setup to keep the humidity up?
I find Natalensis the easiest ficus I own to develop aerial roots. To be honest. I don't need them for my design. I'm constantly removing them. I'm a northerner ... so on the bench and then inside under grow lights. I use a cart...not a tent. I don't focus on high humidity either.I want aerial roots like these. Any tips?
