Ezo is much smaller than Norway, but much more expensive. iI is prohibited to import. In the USA you have Rngleman and Colorado Blue Spruce. Nature's Way Nursery in Harrisburg and Hidden Gadens near Chicago have plenty of those witn very good qualtiy and reasonable prices.I have not found a souce for Ezo Spruce in USA. How different is Ezo from Norway, or anything else? Is there an ~almost~ just as good for bonsai species we can get here?
A question for you Walter. Do you find that the different sedum you plant at the base of your trees on slabs become too vigorous over time and become a problem for the tree? Are you leaving those in the pot until you do a repot or are you pulling them out from time to time?
They do no harm ar all. If they aew too many I take some out. They are not different - all one variety. They only grow differently depending on their loclal cirumstances.A question for you Walter.
