The tree does not look bad. However, you might want to do an emergency repot. Check the roots for root rot. If it is root rot. The roots will smell bad and they will be luke mush. You will need to cut off all diseased roots and get it in a fast draining soil. Also use a pot with good drainage. I would suggest using a different pot so you do not have to prepare this pot. You can save time by preparing another pot so this tree can go into it quickly.
