Distracting Pots??!! U decide

I'm not shy to spend the coin for fantastic containers, especially if they're from American ceramicists. If you ever find any geometric pieces that has a holding capacity of around 18"-20" x 13-15" or bigger, let me know.

They definitely look nice - at that price point, similar to Mirai trees, there’s only a select group that can afford to own them. I’m content to watch videos/ogle at pictures and plod along with my more humble material at least for the time being.

I haven't seen many stone pots and I am having trouble understanding the draw, especially at those prices. Anyone have an example of a stone potted tree they think exemplifies this style?

I was just wondering the same thing. I can’t think of a good use case for this. I can understand a ceramic or a stone slab, but a cereal bowl made from a rock, I dont know what type of tree needs this.

Maybe thats just my limited imagination though.

Well, they do not look like cereal bowls to me at all, more like a natural surround for a tree. Certainly not traditional and require a vision to create a great pairing of a tree and a stone pot, but I think it could be great.
