Dallas Bonsai -awful experience

I have had years of great experiences with Dallas Bonsai; every purchase...good communication, little throw-ins, quick shipping. They're the first place I go for online bonsai supplies (except copper, which comes from Jim Gremmel), and I have never once had a problem.

It's encouraging their business is growing, and I'm confident they'll have it sorted out in short order. Sorry you guys haven't had better experiences, but I wouldn't write them off...

I'm sorry to hear about your recent experiences. With an extended holiday weekend here things did get slow and support did suffer. I am really sorry about your experiences, we never want anyone to have the experience you two have received. I wish we had gotten in contact sooner and corrected the situation in a timely manner. This is a business rooted not in profits but in our hobby. We all have our own motivation in bonsai and we failed at our job of keeping the art of bonsai enjoyable and accessible to everyone.

As bonsairxmd mentioned, orders have increased disproportionately to our staff and at times we can be spread too thin. We are working on hiring additional staff to ensure we are able to provide the service you all deserve.

Over ten years doing business where I bought my first everything, every experience most excellent. Still my first stop when shopping and the first I recommend when asked where to find bonsai needs. Go DBG! Rick
