I've had this cotoneaster on rock for a few months, when I got it it had bright red berries which over spring dropped.
Now it seems to have developed berries again, but I swear I never saw it flower???
It's now mid June.

Hi wuldiba.
I have two varieties of cotoneaster mycrophilia. One of them produces beautiful white flowers and red berries. The other (yours) produces veeeery tiny red flowers, and red berries. In your second pic, I can see the remains of at least 2 of those tiny red flowers. The berries begin to ripe as the flower dies.... This is how they look

Time ago I researched for the scientific names of both varieties, and I remember I found them in Internet... so I guess, if you try you'll also find the variety name.

I have two varieties of cotoneaster mycrophilia.
I would have Identified that Cotoneaster as C. horizontalis - rounder, shiny leaves. C. horizontalis also has insignificant pinkish flowers that don't really open so easy to miss when it does flower.
