Collected Siberian Elm 3 year progress

Collected this Siberian elm June 2022. This tree was loose and damaged by cows at my MIL’s farm. Had no roots when collected. Feedback?

you mean this has been developing for 3 years?
I think you can alloow the branches to extend more before pruning back, build up somebeef here and there, certainly the lowers branches.

Thanks for the tip! That definitely means I be pruning too much. I’ll do that going forward.
