Brown Tips Juniper

Are the tips dry and crunchy? They honestly resemble the healthy growing tips of some of my J. horizontalis.

ill read about tip blight

Not tip blight. You would not have evenly distributed tip blight in one go. (Even the other juniper shown is unlikely to be fungal).

i think its dead or almost dead

Why?
There is no reason for this to die. The rootball shows some dead roots, but I think I also see a white growing tip here and there.
If you care for it normal, and keep the soil evenly moist (do not allow the pot to go all soggy for long periods of time either!) this should just bounce back.
