Bonsai Tool Maker With Crab Logo

Does anyone know what tool maker used this mark on their bonsai tools? A club member used to sell them way back when, but he passed a couple of years ago and the only people I know who had this particular type of shears cannot remember the name of the company.

The logo looks like the crab logo for Fisherman's Wharf in SF. There's no name on the tool. The logo is the only identifying mark.

I don't know the brand but I doubt it is a bonsai tool.
When I saw the picture it got me thinking about an Okatsune pruning scissors I have in my collection.
