Bonsai Nut T-Shirts!

First thing I thought was "DAMN! I didn't know Greg lived in the Playboy Mansion". :D

LOL we've been living in this house 21 years. If you have a few days free this Spring, I could use some help with stucco repairs, dry rot, termite damage and retaining walls. Then you'll be calling this house the "Haunted Mansion" rather than the Playboy Mansion :)

Man... either shit or get off the pot already!
Lol! Only joking of course... sorry to hear about all the trouble you have been going through. When I lived out in LA, I spent a couple of years living in the Hollywood Hills... right up the street from Houdini's old house... This time of year was always the rainy season and those 50 ft Eucalyptus trees that someone had the bright idea of importing, we're always falling on everyone's house, across roads, and on top of cars like every other day. Seems no one every figured out they have a really shallow root base.

Anyways...

Read through some of the comments here again... and gotta say, seems to me this got way to complicated...

Not really the Holly Grail here... just a t-shirt.

I have done many for myself and my companies regarding Art, as well for many costumers wanting me to do the art.

Couple things I would like to point out...

First off no one wants to by a $50 shirt really.
Best offer price I have found is the $15 dollar range, perhaps $20 with free ship.
No point doing tons of different colors... unless they are individually laser printed, you will have to do screens... problem here, is that unless you do like a ton of different one's with various colors for shading and highlights, to make the image look good... it will always come off looking like a primary kids art class project. Best really to go with one color... and perhaps if you wanted an accent color. Simple is best and cheaper to pass along to customers.

Here is one I did a couple of years ago, with only one color and image on just the front. With this, I also took into consideration that if you have a cool shirt color... in this case a Charcoal color, one color printed does the trick and still looks nice.

I had a just an internet company do them... and I had them in my hands for a couple of dollars each and by the end of the week.
Easy Peasy...

The company is officially named "Adsira" which sounds sufficiently techy / fanciful / arbitrary.

However the t-shirts have not been forgotten - just delayed.

Parent Company is Al Jazeera. When they ask you just remember, answer "Aminah bint Wahb".

At totaled Mercedes, a wrecked MDX (nice, BTW), a F'd up hard scape, a half dozen first responders, and a sandal wearing knucklehead. $250,000 should cover the costs unless
lawsuits follow. (his car/house got in my way!) Glad nobody got hurt.
Does this image look sufficiently cool for the central image of the t-shirt design? It is a tree that doesn't exist - I made it up from yamadori photo with some heavy editing plus a pot.
My vote is no trees on the T-Shirt, logo only FWIW

Stay with me on this one. I want to have a bonsai image in the logo because 99% of the planet don't know the word "bonsai" if it isn't associated with a bonsai image. (then the % drops to 90%) :)

I am going for a circular design with text, but I wanted a tree image in the middle for sex appeal. I couldn't use anyone's bonsai tree (and certainly not a master's tree) without permission, so I created a bonsai that I hope would do the site proud. I also have to do a little design work on the store front - we will be selling t-shirts publicly so I want our store to look AAA and not like my basement (which I don't have).

Well, if you're trying to sell shirts, I guess that I agree.

That's a lot of maple leaves...take them off and I think that's a winner.

LOL I was just saying the same to my daughter. I turned them off in Photoshop and the design looked a little sparse. I'll play around with it a little more. Maybe if it were a subdued wreath?

:):):)You say sparse...I think clean.
