Hi all! I have grown an apple tree from seed, last year it gree really well, to a height of 8”. I have kept it indoors throughout. As winter started it shed its leaves and i think has gone into its winter doormancy, leaves browning and fell off. The trunk has a healthy green colour. Few weeks ago, i lightly trimmed the finer roots, re-potted and wired the tree. When should i expect it to start budding for new years growth? Do i need to do anything to stimulate it to wake up? It is on a window sill and house temp is not high. It has done well so far from seed and i dont want to lose it from naivety and inexperience. Thank you for any replies.
