Any idea where these cutters are from?

My brother in law was commenting on how perfect the wire cutters were at 180mm and I always gravitate back to the branch cutters. Any idea where I could get some more tools like these?

This is a really weird one. The stamp doesn't appear to be a manufacturer stamp - but a retailer stamp?

It literally translates as "Saka's LOL"

I think I found them at Brussels Bonsai. Maybe not renowned for highest quality, but I always reach for these tools first, unless I’m cutting roots or something.
