Any suggestions on how I should approach styling this tree? I trimmed it back some and wired some branches, but I feel like this winter I want to make some big trunk chops to get more movement. Thoughts?

If you're planning on keeping both trunks, I'd consider cutting back the left one, using the back branch as the leader. That would establish some movement and taper in the left trunk line. Some additional pics from other sides would help you get better advice.

Photos do not show 3D so we can't really tell where some trunks and branches start and which direction and how far they go.
Sometimes extra shots form several sides can show what the frontal shot doesn't.

From this angle I notice a discrepancy between the 2 trunks. The smaller trunk is straight and more upright. Larger trunk leans away from the smaller.
Consider tilting the whole tree to bring the thicker trunk to more dominant position and the smaller trunk growing out and away from the big brother.
I also see some competition between the 2 thick parts of the large trunk. Here are 2 possible solutions:
1. remove most of the middle trunk/branch and allow the right side to dominate.

2. Remove the right side to make the middle one the main trunk. This option gives a better bend in the main trunk and brings the apex back over the base.

I also think you'll need to cut the left trunk bank much harder to start building ramification before it gets too long and lanky.

Please note that these options are based on seeing only one side of the tree. Always check that any internet solutions work with the tree before following online advice.

I think this option makes the most sense. Once I chop that right side, I think I'll even chop the new main trunk about right where the leaves cover it up in the picture because that section is quite straight and uniform as well. I'll probably prune it hard once the leaves drop/dry up this Nov/Dec. It shouldn't have any issues with new branch options next spring seeing as it's an elm.
