Just finished some airlayers on a jerre schwartz and i hope i will have success.
I will try to make a big mother tree in the future and maybe one day i will put it in a pot.
I've posted a video of my small collection if someone wants to see.
Happy to be here to exchanges opinions with other users.

I have no experience with Jerre Schwartz but looks like a laceleaf. Laceleaf are notoriously difficult to layer other than a few. Keep us posted.

Jerre is not a laceleaf i think.its a palmatum maple not a dissectum if i am correct.
i 've only made an air layer 2 years ago from an inaba shidare(laceleaf).and you are right.it was very hard to keep it alive.

For what I know, Jerre Schwarz as Shaina as Pixie as Skeeters Broom, are difficult to airlayer and in general are more resistant when grafted. But I will follow this 3d with interest, hoping the best for your airlayer 🤞

You are correct about shaina.i made 7 of them with zero result..if thats the case then i've destroyed my tree.thank you for your answer
