But some suiseki to keep it legal. I rummaged around the lava pile today. There's so many here, I mean, it's all rock, (lava) so I'm kinda blase' about it. P1020759.jpeg P1020761.jpeg P1020762.jpeg P1020763.jpeg P1020764.jpeg P1020765.jpeg P1020766.jpeg P1020767.jpeg P1020768.jpeg P1020769.jpeg

Ok suiseki. Shore stone. Isogata-ishi according to Felix Rivera, founder of California Suiseki Society, who requested it for a show some years ago. See the cave?
And one of a few Murphy's Stones. Daiza by Sean Smith. P1020649.JPG shorestone1.jpg

Wow, outstanding collection you have there.
Thanks for sharing the photos.

Man I remember going out on the big island and all the cool lava tubes and lava rock when I was a kid. Miss Hawaii!

All very nice. If I had access to those, root over rock would dominate my bonsai collection.
That and Cementing some together to create pots. I ask myself why I haven't done that. But it's getting late and I'm mostly selling out.
