What your suggestion

My suggestion is work out what you want and do that. We do not know your needs and wants or what space you have for growing more trees.

I suspect it will be difficult to create a good bonsai from that long, straight, bare trunk. I suspect this tree has been crowded with other plants in very poor conditions. Bottom branches have all died off from lack of light. It can be very, very difficult to get new shoots on bare pine.
Maybe it was the only JBP available? Maybe it was very cheap? I would have passed that one but I have plenty of access to better trees so my choice is not relevant to you.

I cannot see any use in ground growing this tree. Now you have a tall, straight trunk with no bends and very little taper. After growing in the ground you will have a much thicker, tall, straight trunk with no bends and no taper. Ground growing will thicken trunks but it does not fix problems. Usually the problems are just magnified so even worse.

Getting good bends in that trunk will not be easy, even at only thumb thick. Possible but not easy. I would need to see the surface roots (nebari) before offering suggestions on what might be possible with the trunk as is.
The weeds are competing with your tree roots for nutrients and water. Eliminate the weeds and the tree will be healthier and grow better.

Layering pine is usually considered slow and difficult but it can be done. We've seen others from SE Asia layer JBP easily and successfully so maybe that's your best option.
Just be aware that if the lower trunk has no healthy shoots it may not survive after taking the top off. You should layer above a live branch if you want 2 trees but if you only want the top section that does not matter.

Thank you @Shibui for your suggestion, ther first my be i need reporting it using proper soil and check detail after that

I cannot see any urgency in any above ground work so repotting and root work is a good first step. You will be able to find out what surface roots you have and that may give some clues if any style will work for this tree as it is.
After it has recovered from repotting, we can work on what to do up top.

I assume the dry season in Indonesia is best for wire and repot into bonsai soil @Shibui ?

I agree with heavy 8-6 guage annealed copper wire to get some gentle S shape in the trunk.
At least a bend. Probably after repot based on roots and projected front of the tree as Shibui mentioned.

I think your two options are: extreme bending to make a bunjin, or graft low down and make a brave chop to get growth that can make a bonsai.

I'm a very long way from tropical climate so can't shed any useful light on good timing for repot up there.

Not sure about gentle S bend. That's for toilets, not for bonsai IMHO.
It is possible to get reasonable bends by wire and bending but the vast majority just never look natural to me. I much prefer bends made by chop and grow. They tend to look far more natural.

I would try to give the trunk some movement by wiring it and use the top to make a bunjin tree out of it
Bending this trunk with heavy wire is possible, as mentioned earlier, BUT I suspect any bends will just be lazy flowing bends. I can't see that looking great as Bunjin. I have no problem with anyone trying it - just would not want them to get hopes up for a great result.

Agree and all my bonsai using this method, thats why i will do air layer after repotting.
This werkend i will do it.
